Every LifeTek umbrella comes with a two year "Peace of Mind" replacement guarantee against defects in our premium materials and quality workmanship.
If you experience a quality issue with your LifeTek product within two years from original purchase date, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. In your email, please include your name, address, order number, and a description of the defect. If we determine that it is necessary for you to return the defective item to LifeTek, we will send you a return authorization number and return shipping instructions. Upon receipt, a new replacement item will be sent to you via USPS Priority Mail service.
