Peace of Mind Guarantee
LifeTek Umbrellas are covered by a two-year “Peace of Mind” replacement guarantee against defects in our premium materials and quality workmanship. The replacement guarantee is valid for a twenty-four-month period that commences on the original date of purchase.
Area of Coverage
The replacement guarantee applies to defects in materials and workmanship only and does not apply to neglect and lost or stolen umbrellas. If the originally purchased model or color is unavailable, LifeTek will send a replacement model of comparable size and value or may issue a pro-rated refund at our discretion.
Warranty Eligibility
LifeTek Inc. is the sole authorized retailer of LifeTek branded products and sells products directly to customers from our LifeTek.com and LifeTek Amazon Store Front. Only products purchased directly by the customer from these authorized sites are eligible for the guarantee. The guarantee does not apply to products purchased from any third-party re-seller and is valid for U.S. addresses only.
